2019 Bill Draft: Guardianship terminations and orders.
(A Committee Priority Bill)

This bill replaces the “De Facto Custody” proposed 2018 bill regarding Non-Parents raising children…Changing the current Guardianship statutes to alter the standard of “fitness” of the biological parent and includes Best Interest of the Child Analysis

NOTE:  This is the bill we are now focusing on for the 2019 session
